Who we are

Coastal Clarity Speech & Communication is an adult-focused speech-language pathology practice founded by Jean Marie Johnson, a speech-language pathologist with more than a decade of clinical experience.

We help adults strengthen the cognitive and communication skills that support everyday life — including attention, memory, organization, planning, language, and communication. Services also include neurological and stroke recovery, voice therapy, gender-affirming voice and communication, and communication coaching for personal and professional goals.

Jean Marie’s approach is practical, individualized, and grounded in evidence. Therapy starts with what matters to you — your goals, your daily life, and the skills you want to strengthen — and builds from there.

Coastal Clarity is about helping people communicate more effectively, function more independently, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
