1:1 Women’s Cognitive Health Coaching

This offering is especially focused on helping women navigate cognitive changes during life transitions, stress, hormonal shifts, and periods of increased mental load.

The goal is to help you feel more clear, capable, and confident in your daily life.

Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature. Coaching is not medical care, mental health counseling, or speech-language pathology treatment. If therapeutic evaluation or treatment is indicated, appropriate referrals or therapy options may be discussed.
